Dave Robinson Architects (DRA) provides construction management services in addition to Construction Administration.  Based on decades of experience providing a full range of architectural services, we have been closely involved throughout the construction process in projects of all sizes.  Having direct contact with construction teams, DRA has accumulated intimate knowledge of costs, schedules, value engineering, technical information, potential energy savings, and construction sources needed to successfully execute work.

DRA has been involved with projects having multiple contracts and coordinated separate Owner contracts with the work by the construction team.  Coordination of information across both the design and construction teams is essential to realizing projects without unexpected delays or costs.  Our goals are to eliminate misunderstandings, create an environment for efficient construction through incentivizing all parties, and to value engineer to achieve the best economy as well as functionality, durability, and aesthetic value in design.
