SPECIALTY PROJECT EXPERIENCE

A great portion of our work has revolved around manufacturing facility design, including a variety of specialty processes.  We have developed clean room spaces for medical devices at Precision Vascular (now owned by Boston Scientific), Amedica (manufacturer of spinal and joint implants), and have developed CentrePointe Business Park to house Research and Development companies.  Also, we are currently completing design work for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, which will house an expansion space of 52,000 square feet of clean room environment for production of sensitive materials, including space for security, conferences, executive offices, shipping, and inspection areas.   We have accumulated experience in clean room environments through these and other projects, but our primary talent is analyzing the specific needs of our clients and creating solutions that are efficient, economical, and proper.

In addition, we have been involved with food related projects such as deli’s, restaurants, cafeterias for corporate environments, and food distribution projects, as well as pharmacies.  Working with the Department of Health, the DEA and the Department of Agriculture, we have experience in coordinating their requirements with the building programs.
